  • Their service is trash now, I rather use my car insurance now. I waited over 2 hours for towing while a tow truck sat infront of me that was a AAA tow truck. I do not understand who they call when it's over 100 degrees in Phoenix, but I am canceling. I wanted to upgrade my policy for towing 100 miles they told me oh for an upgrade you can't use it for 4 days, but they wanted my money today tho. I was traveling that day, the reason for my upgrade. They are trash. I canceled my policy. I don't understand how they can treat people like that.
