  • I am fortunate to have worked with Brandenburg Pool on my pool and deck remodel. I had interviewed four companies before selecting Brandenburg. It was evident right from the start that Brandenburg staff were experienced professionals concerned with quality service. They took the time to advise me in regards to equipment, materials, and design so that I might make informed purchases. They brought sample surfaces and pavers to my home and escorted me to completed projects and stone yards to assist me in selecting the appropriate pool surface and decking. The contract was well elucidated and fair; I felt confident from the onset of the remodel that my project was in good hands. The work schedule went exactly as communicated and without delay, despite my having requested service during the busiest time of the year. The workers were polite, diligent, and hard-working, even laying decking in the rain in order to stay on schedule. Brandenburg staff were speedily and courteously attentive to my every concern during and following the remodel. Indeed, they have returned several times post project to ensure that all is running smoothly. At completion, I received a gift in the mail of some tasty brownies--icing on the cake as it were, as Brandenburg had already given me a beautiful pool and patio.
