  • So happy to have Scott out from Advantage. His inspection was one of the best I've had to date -- Many inspectors are lazy or too general in their finding. He did a thorough job and didn't rush. He found all of the items that I think the seller would hope someone would miss! :) The company uses pretty neat technology and Scott was very informative and helpful when it came to explaining the issues and their potential downfalls but also options. I paid by check but I'm not sure if they take credit cards. I did email their call center regarding their ability to do a proper fireplace inspection and never heard back. I think that would be the only reason to remove a star but I left it at 5 because it didn't take away from the job Scott performed. Highly recommended.
