  • I can only speak from the point of view of someone looking for an apartment as I never moved in, but the service I received was quite poor. When I arrived to see if there was availability, the representative seemed annoyed that I was there and that she was going to have to walk to a unit. After I was given a quick tour, I asked about pricing and was basically just handed over a sheet to look over myself. I don't need my hand held, but some additional information would have been nice especially since I communicated that I was relocating from out of state. Looks like I made a good choice based on the reviews below.
