  • Never even got to the point of using this service. I got a phone call while I was in a meeting when I had requested an email quote knowing I'd be swamped. The woman on the phone was rude when I requested for the second time that she email me. When I got home tonight I have two emails (form, word for word by the way... So much for personal service advertised!) Neither of these emails had my info in them. I'm left feeling very awkward because they sent me the contact form for two other families!! Don't give them any info you don't want email blasted to everyone! No response to my email pointing out the mistake either. Yikes!
