  • Had a great experience (again) yesterday! This is our neighborhood go-to place for our vehicles. Always great customer service. I picked my car up at 5:40pm (20 minutes before closing) and if the staff can still offer a smile and friendly service behind the counter at the end of a long day, that's what keeps customers coming back! And ladies, I was very pleasantly surprised that the bathroom (at a tire shop) was clean, smelled nice with scented oil sticks, floors spotless. They even have a baby changing station, how thoughtful! There are a lot of places in town to get tires fixed, but great customer service goes a long way. Thank you Ernie and Big-O team!
