I wanted to get my dad an outdoorsy tie for Christmas this year, and I found Buffalo Jackson's website and loved their ties. I tried to order a certain tie but the website wasn't working so I called. They told me they had one left in stock at the warehouse and that there was a possibility it wasn't actually at the warehouse but they sold it to me anyways and said they would let me know if it was out of stock. This was December 12.
I waited a week and called back to inquire about the order and they apologized and said the tie wasn't at the warehouse but that they would check their store and let me know. Still without an answer, I called back the following Monday December 22 and they said the tie wasn't available and asked if they could substitute another tie. I picked a tie out that I didn't really want but at this point it was too late to buy my dad another gift and they said they would two day ship the package so that it would arrive on Christmas Eve. The next day I got an email confirmation that my package will arrive on the 26th. Pretty ridiculous for me having purchased the item on the 12th.
Their store may be great, but don't order anything online. Their website doesn't work and the communication between the warehouse and store seems to take days. I am incredibly unhappy and embarrassed that for all my planning, my father will get his Christmas present a day late.
