  • The worst nail place in Scottsdale! Slow and expensive and the quality of both the work and products used leaves a lot to be desired. Never in my life had a gel manicure chip except from here! The shop is dirty, there is often hair clippings on the floor and the bathroom is filthy. The "owner" is always trying to nickel and dime the customers. She will offer glitter on the polish and then at check out inform you it was $5. They even charge extra for a top coat. WTF? Then the rude shop keeper will ask questions like "who used to do your hair?" To try to pressure you into her unskilled and dirty chair. She also will ask rude questions like "do you need your mustache waxed? Excuse me? I don't have a problem with that! But thanks for trying to make me self conscious. She messed up my eyebrow wax months ago and I'm still using a pencil to fix it until it grows back in. Like I said in the beginning, the most expensive price for the worst quality and service. Seriously go anywhere else!!!
