  • Not overly impressed. When I walked in, the woman at the counter was working on something and had a big binder- she seemed thoroughly annoyed when I walked up. I was ignored for a little while, heard some shouting about helping the counter, then she helped me....though seemed very reluctant about it. I think this was the manager, as she proceeded to do an employee evaluation at the table in front of me. Laughable that one of her most important points was being friendly with the customers. Overall, tiny lot and unfriendly service. A couple of other annoyances but I'll save those since they will just sound nit-picky. Next time I'll just go to the bookstore across the parking lot.
