  • God, I love cheese. This place is really amazing. What a great selection of local and not-so-local artisanal cheeses. My favorite part is that they have small samples of each wrapped up, so you can do your own taste test. I don't live in Madison, so I haven't been able to take advantage of the tastings or meals they host, but I would love to do that on a future trip.
