  • If I could give zero stars I would. Worst chipotle in Phoenix. We have gone here multiple times and have received horrible food. The food is either old and cold or undercooked. Given this location a few chances since it is closest to home, however each time we have be let down...Needing to microwave our food when we get home two miles down the road or throw it away all together. All the kids that work there are rude and have horrible customer service. They spend more time talking to each other than helping customers and moving the line how they're supposed to. Don't forget they skimp you and give you half scoops of food from the bottom of the containers or just don't offer half the food selection and claim "we are out" even tho they don't close for three more hours. Won't be returning.
