  • My son made a reservation for yesterday my birthday. This was our first visit to this place, as we arrived the hostess took us into a table at the corner in the back of the room. There were many tables open, so I asked if we can sit at the table next to the window? She said yes, and we sat down, took our jackets off, ordered our drinks, got our drinks, ready to order our meals, but she came back and said manager says we have to move since this table is for their VIP guests....I decided to leave and not to stay in such place, so we left...interesting the manager never showed his/her face. I have never been in a place so unprofessional, rude, and so disrespectful like this with no considerations. It was shocking that they didn't care for our birthday celebration or a month ahead reservation....so disappointed.
