rev:text	OH.... MY... GOD!!! Welcome to Geektopia, Nerd Mecha, the socially awkward Shangri La. I'm out of analogies, but you get my point. Walking into this place, I swear I heard choirs singing and trumpets blowing. If there's even a little bit of you that likes anything remotely comic book related (including the movies, t-shirts, or maybe you're just a student of pop culture and like seeing what gets people geeking out) this is THE place to check out in Calgary. I just went into Another Dimension (hehe... so fun to say that. I get why they picked the name.) for the first time yesterday, and I can safely say I've never seen a comic shop like it. The previous posters were right when it comes to finding things you can't find anywhere else. I went in looking for pieces of a fairly rare 9-piece set I'm trying to collect after going to 5 different shops and only finding 1. Another Dimension had 6 of the remaining 8 (the final two are near impossible to find anywhere) in ABUNDANCE, as well as a bunch of other things I never dreamed I'd find in the city and had already (stupidly) bought online and paid well over price WITH shipping fees. Won't be doing that again without checking this place. I would also say the pictures on here MUST be out of date, as the store looks practically empty in them compared to what I saw. I was actually flabberghasted that fire mashalls didn't shut them down for having so many shelves so packed with stuff all within one store. The claustrophic in me wasn't a big fan, but my nerd side was breathing heavy in anticipation. The organization is a bit different from what I've seen in many other comic shops, but is actually rather effective and convenient once you figure it out, and their wealth of non-comic (though generally comic related) products is astounding. Plus.... gigantic Hulk statue. That's just badass. Honestly, even if you AREN'T into this kinda stuff, I would say it's almost worth going in just for the experience. Look around, you never know what you might find... but you can be assured you'll at least see something cool. (#8 of 100 for the Yelp 100 Challenge!)
