We recently stayed here since they were offering a great deal on a newly remodeled room on a Saturday.
This was our first time staying at Harrah's since the 90's and sadly, it will be our last.......
The Dislikes:
-No shower door, wtf?!!
-Limited & pricey restaurants
-No late room service--This is Las Vegas!
-Foulton Street Food Court is upscale & pricey, why? (Pizza was good though)
-No mini fridge but you can reserve for a price
-No glassware in the room (only paper cups) thought this place was trying to be bougie!
-Wifi did not work
-Cheap products (shampoo, conditioner, etc)
-Front desk did not allow a late check out (deal breaker right there)
The Likes:
-Renovations of the Casino
-Middle of Strip & next to the Linq
-Easy Check in via Kiosk, front desk is very busy with long lines
-$10 for our early AM check-in
Harrah's is trying to be too upscale & it's trying too hard and falls short. It just did not have a comfortable vibe. I'd rather stay at Paris or Mandalay Bay any day.
We should have requested a room with a view but did not think to do so at the Kiosk. The brick wall view made it feel very claustrophobic. And their easy email check-out would have been great if it was sent before we left & we left late.
