  • If I could give no stars, I would. I called to ask if they could take my dog for a nail appointment. They said yes. I took her in, both groomers were with another pet and rolled their eyes and sighed. When they did come get her, they were rough with her in getting her up on the table, and the poor thing has a bad hip. Then she roughly started twisting her paws around to trim the nails, never talked nicely to the dog, nothing. Then accused the dog of trying to nip after bending her leg in a way dog's legs don't bend. She was so concerned with speed that she was rough and rude. I watched the whole thing. My dog flinched because it hurt, she sure didn't nip. It's not the first thing I've seen there - I have walked in to dogs UNATTENDED on the grooming tables. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and give second chances, but after today those chances are up. Protect your pet. Stay away!!!!
