  • DON'T waste your time going any place else!!!!! I have used them for my A/C, my refrigerator, my gas lines, my washer, my dryer. If it breaks I go to them first. This is one of the last great business left in the valley that still believes in customer service. They are super knowledgeable. Special shout out to DOCTOR DON!!!!! Taking nothing away from the rest of the staff but I first met DOCTOR DON 18 years ago when I bought an old house with, what I believe to be, an even older A/C unit. LOL!!!! At the time I didn't have the money for a new unit so I was in and out of this place probably more than the employees buying pieces and parts to repair my failing A/C. DOCTOR DON was patient with me and only sold me what I need and never tried to upsell me. After 7 years of repairing my A/C DOCTOR DON finally suggested I break down and invest in a new unit. I was surprised at the great price I paid for my new units and they have served me faithfully for the past 11 YEARS. Today I went in and purchased a new blower motor and DOCTOR DON took the time to tell me how to DO IT MYSELF. When I finished and was walking around feeling like the MAN!!! My wife took my phone, called DOCTOR DON and thanked him for always being there for us. In my 18 years, I have NEVER received anything other than the best. Over the many years of excellent customer service, I have been greeted and helped by almost everyone in the place. No matter how busy they are whenever a customer walks in they are treated as if they are the only person in the place. I have referred as many people as possible to this place because I know they will get a fair deal from a great staff. My friends have always come back with nothing but rave reviews. This place is as good as it gets!!! They have me as a customer for life! Thanks, DOCTOR DON and the staff at Appliance Parts Center for being the best at what you do!!!!!!!!!!
