  • I went to the AAA on Smithfield street first and had an issue as i did not get a vin # check first. The other office said to go to the Baum Blvd location as they do the vin # checks themselves. I walked in and AAA is down stairs so I went down the elevator and there were virtually no customers???? There were two customers being helped and one other sitting and waiting for help. I waited maybe 5 minutes and it was my turn. The woman I got was extremely friendly and helpful. I registered two cars with custom plates and joined the AAA as well. I was there about 30 minutes or so and the woman was extremely helpful. I walked out of there with two sets of plates and two new registrations. The building is also huge and is really beautiful inside It has a big open area with a beautiful cathedral ceiling. Overal definitely 5 stars for service and help. I also forgot to mention when you pull in the lot you need a token to get out. When you go down stairs to AAA they give you a token immediately to get out. So if your going to AAA do not worry about parking in the lot as it is free.
