  • We had to use this company as they are linked with the contractor we used, Sonoran Desert Ridge Development (see their review). Very frustrating to work with as most questions regarding product, services, etc., relative to our home remodel were answered with, "We'll get back to you"......then no one would. You would expect a certain amount of frustration on occasion working with any 'sub' on a project that you are paying top dollar for.....but you would also expect to be treated with respect as the paying client. Whatever happened to 'Customer Service' ?? Joe & Sam, Grayhawk
