  • Women beware! Needed a water heater. Went to sears Medina. First employee contact, asked wher they are, she pointed for me. Okay, good enough, went and looked, not much there. Went to information center, he was helping someone else, okay, wait in line, no one else in line. Stood there 10 minutes, okay he was helping someone else, no prob. I can wait. 2 men walked up, he acknowledged both, individually, one even said ' she was first' HE STILL DID NOT acknowledge me! SERIOUSLY, I said Excuss me?, he finally looks at me, ' I said 'am I invisible?' I get an 'oh sorry'.... I informed him I did not have to buy there and walked out. It appears that if you're a women you are not important to Sears! Will NEVER go back! DEAR SEARS, women buy appliances and count, and when you treat us as if we don't exist, we warn eachother all over Social Media.
