rev:text	This place is THE WORST MOST HORRIBLE place, the front desk lady treated us badly was very recist, she was rude from the start asking for extra "CASH" if we wanted to stay also implaying we had extra people with us. I didn't trust the place (who asks for "cash" on the side !!!!) so I didn't take out my American Express and gave her my Chase Liquid card which se took with the tip if her fingers acting like she was disgusted by even touching it She got upset bc I only had 100 there. She said she needed now a card with MORE $ in case we do something overnight (mom, my 6 month old baby and I she said " people like us, sometimes wreck the rooms"" people like us ?? I was tired and in shock bc of her nasty attitude I asked her " Why are you being this way? What is happening? ? Are you having a bad day?? "" Mom insisted on staying bc we were tired from driving from St. George to Cali to take my baby to see her specialist then back to St. George but decided to stop in Vegas check on our cleaning business there. My mom was so tired she decided taking out her Visa credit card but she forgot her passport so the lady refuse the credit card and said "how can your mother be in this country? No passport ? I need a card with mire $ or give me cash" And the funny thing this racist beach is not even a white born American but that didn't stopped her from treating us like crap. She said she was not going to give me the 111.00 I had pre paid for the room. At this point i couldn't care less i wanted to leave already. All and all I told her i wanted to cancel my reservation she said "No you can, give me cash" i laughed and said NO BYE. We stayed at Circus Circus with no reservation for $298.00 double beds wonderful service GUESS what they accepted my mother's MEXICAN ID and her credit card,(she wanted to see if that btch was right ) Circus Circus not only reassure my mom they were completely fine with her IDs but they also kindly offered have my mom's passport overnight to the hotel if she wanted too , bc now my mom was paranoid and feeling bad. Circus Circus has THE best costumer service everyone treated us with respect. AND HEY HOTELS.COM refund the $ the Rita hotel said they wouldn't so YES book through HOTELS.COM bc they are honest but DO NOT STAY AT THE RITA am sure the RITA hotel is kind of Ok if it only had a good costumer service :/ . There are ignorant people in this world that want to treat others like they treated their own kind in their oversees country, that lady with fake long blonde hair is a perfect example of such horrible people. If I were her i would've done everything the same if those are their rules but with a different tone and attitude I showed her respect but she is just a racist bitch PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE! !
