  • Went here to inquire about repairing a vintage belt. It's an easy fix really, just a quick sew-job and it would be good to go. The man who works there might be one of the rudest people I've ever met. Greeted me almost immediately with unnecessary attitude. I had a simple question and he refused to answer it. Didn't offer any middle ground and was pretty useless all together. I can only imagine that if I had got work done by him, it would have been a shoddy as his approach to customer service. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not alone... just terrible!
