  • I must say that based upon the Yelp review I read, I did not want to use this company. In fact, I asked the home warranty company to give me someone else but they said they could not reassign my work. Mike the technician was very quick to find the problem with my AC and even quicker to replace the part and get my AC up and working. He had a young man with him, probably an apprentice, who was very personable and a joy to work with. I did have a positive experience and was pleased with the work.
