  • Dr. Baldree made it possible for my son to breathe out of both sides of his nose for the first time in 14 years. We had seen other doctors and a different ent, and went through other surgeries with no help. Dr. Baldree was a blessing. He was kind and patient and made my son feel at ease as he was scared to go through another procedure. However aside from a fantastic doctor I have to say one of the best parts was the office staff. They made me feel like they were taking care of one of their own children. I have never had a doctor's office make my family feel so special. They displayed genuine concern and went above and beyond any customer service experience I've ever had anywhere. Dee, Christina, and all the women in the office we're just amazing why can't all doctors offices be this way? Thank you so much!
