First of all, walking in, not one person asked if I needed help after being in the store for 30 minutes looking for one thing. Terrible customer service. Lily at the self checkout was rude and not helpful at all. When I asked to speak to a manager about her rudeness, Tevin says "Alright, I'll let her know." I understand they have more important things to do, but when customer service is their "top priority and everything else is below" it seems like they'd put a little more effort into it.
