The good:
I saw that 4 Wheel parts was having a sale on air springs. I jumped at the offer and placed my order over the phone. Two days later I had my springs.
The bad:
I went to install the air springs but noticed that parts were missing. Called up 4 Wheel Parts and spoke with Mario. Mario said he would contact Firestone and make this right. Mario also said he would call me back and let me know what was going on. 4 days have passed and not a word. I called 4WP back and spoke with Glen. Glen said that the parts have probably been shipped and told me to call Firestone and ask for Roland. Called Firestone and was told they don't know a Roland So it's been 5 days now and I have no idea what is going on with my missing parts. Called 4WP back and spoke with Mario. This guy has some of the worst customer service. He said, and I quote, "I did my job, I didn't package the springs and I didn't tell you to call Firestone". Really Mario? Just place a call get a tracking number and call me back. Is that so difficult? So now I am on day 6 and still don't know when or if my missing parts will come.
I will be returning my incomplete air springs kit to 4 Wheel Parts. Thanks to Mario's poor customer service skills 4 Wheel Parts will not be keeping my money.
