This is by far the worst Victoria Secret store I have ever been to. I have been there twice with equally terrible experiences. I have never written a negative review or reported services to a company's corporate until now.
The cashier did not know how to process my exchange the first time I was there. I had to find a manager to get proper help from a more competent cashier. Did I mention that I had to wait in line for over 20 each time?!? Yep, and they managed to move that slow with 4 cashiers working the counter...as well as helpers.
I decided to return about 2 weeks ago since I got a gift card for Christmas and this is the closest location to my home. Someone literally passed out in the line...not sure if it had anything to do with the ridiculous wait. Only 2 cashiers, 1 fitting room attendant, and an employee working with the paramedics and security were present. The male behind the counter was apologizing to the customers for the wait due to being short staffed and having a medical emergency in the store. I waited in the line for 30 minutes before putting my items down and walking out the store NEVER to return to again. I went to the Town Square location to find the same issue with only having 2 cashiers with very long lines. Only went there because the items I want were not available online, but happened to be at this location. Tried to find a manager, but one was not there. I took pictures of the line and called corporate. This company needs to do something about their stores in the Valley.
