  • Writing a review is rare for me, but the Suncoast casino deserves this. I was there tonight, late Saturday/early Sunday. Since it was only my 2nd trip here, I was still undecided whether or not I liked it. After 90 minutes sitting at the same slot (close to the table games), I had still not been asked if I wanted a drink. The table games were being served...I saw the same waitress at least 3 times. I asked a man in a suit who looked like a supervisor if he could send a waitress my way...he said one will be by shortly. Another 60 minutes go by...I caught the attention of the table games waitress, who had walked by me at least 10 times. I asked if she could please bring me a beer...she said NO..IT'S NOT MY STATION! She treated me like a pest, so I decided to leave...as I was walking out, there she was, standing by the bar, laughing and joking with the bartender and another waitress. She couldn't care less about me...unbelievable...I will NEVER return, and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen about the worst customer service ever.
