  • I recently traded my 2004 Road King Classic for a 2015 Road King. I had been looking for a couple of months at several local dealerships. Derek was my sales person and was simply outstanding. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He spent several hours with me and walked me through the entire process. The GM and Finance man were great to work with. I had no problems, got a great trade-in value, financed at 0% for 60 months, and enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. The merchandise and accessories dept. have all the latest Harley gear. My wife who usually goes to several dept stores for my Xmas gifts, did all her shopping (one-stop-shopping) at the Chandler store this year. See Kaitlan, Sales. She's always willing to work with you to find what you want or will order what you need. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new cycle or Harley gear.
