  • An employee named Jason told me, "I shoulda canceled your reservation for the way you spoke to me." Just prior, two other employees put me on extended holds and passed me around, making me explain my situation multiple times. Then the phone disconnected. I called back and their attitude was like "what?" Kinda felt like I called Beavis and Butthead by mistake.
