  • I travel to Cleveland a lot, and I've always stayed here. The rooms are great, front desk service is always smiling and available, and the breakfast is just right. And the coffee is really good. On my most recent trip, I foolishly booked the Embassy Suites next door because I usually like that chain - never again! I'm sorry I cheated on you Springhill. If you'll give me another chance, I promise I'll be true to you forever.
