  • I purchased a Groupon for a classic blowout, I've never had a blow out before but I was excited to use it on my birthday that night. I have really long, very straight hair, but I was assured that my stylist would be able to create some volume/wave. My stylist was new but very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. The head massage was nice but after that everything went downhill after that. My stylist tried several times with round brushes to create some curl or volume (which is what I wanted) but after about the third try she was like oh I'm sorry but I think it's just not going to do anything. I was like uh OK. Basically I left there with straight, normal looking hair. I felt like I wasted money on the Groupon and an hour of time on my birthday, because I went home and had to curl it myself. The company reached out to me offering a free blow on them, I called to set up an appointment but haven't heard anything back since Wednesday. My warning is that if you have fine/straight/long hair like me, the blow out didn't really do much, and I was overall underwhelmed.
