  • The fleet department was great. They were super friendly and nice and were not pushy whatsoever. They helped me with financing and answered all my questions. They initially introduced me to the Optima as I went into look at a different car. I went back to them to lease as they were so nice and friendly. In car sales, attitude can be everything and after a bad experience at another Kia dealer, I went back to Tempe.
