  • Came for the lady Gaga concert and didn't have to wait long the security was on it getting everyone thru the detectors and check ins pretty quickly which was great there are plenty of staff around to help you find your seats, plenty of food and drink vendors they were moving fast! The seating was pretty close but it's a Arena so can't really complain. The elevator attendant an older woman was so friendly and her personality was outstanding staff on the 4th even asked us if we wanted them to help us take a pic by the Gaga poster. I have to say for a concert I was quite happy with the way everyone hustled I didn't wait more than 2 minutes to buy a tee shirt or a snack they have plenty of restrooms I even found a everyone bathroom which I didn't understand at first but sure enough it was for everyone but it didn't feel unsafe at all.
