  • I am giving a 1 star because they have messed up my records. They wrote I had manic depressive disorder and schizophrenia. Oh now they are handing out diagnosis's on mental problems. I wonder if they got me confused with another patient. I thought this whole thing was a joke but they even transferred that information to southern hills. I am speaking mal practice lawyer to have this removed. Ridiculous and a lie.
