One of the worst service experience I have ever had. I schedule service for general maintenance which the woman says will take about 2 hrs. I drive up, have to wait for someone to check me in at the garage who could not find my reservation yet didn't ask me to spell my last name. After starting to write up a new appointment he finds my appointment which was there all along. Then you go into a waiting area where 4 'service advisors' were all sitting without customers yet none was available to help. Eventually one did - Jason - and you have to sit as he lists all the work they can do on your car. He looks up who knows how many items to 'add on' and then checks for recalls. Apparently there is some recall I was never notified of that needs to be changed which requires the engine to be cold so my 2 hr service appointment is now going to be 4-16 hours. He promises to call to let me know if my car is ready that day or Monday (why not the next day, which is Saturday and they are open, is beyond me).
By 2pm (after dropping my car off at 9am) I still have not heard from Jason. I call, the front desk says that he is going to check with the technician and call me back in a couple of minutes with an update. An hour goes by and no call so I call back again to be informed that they don't know where Jason is to get an update but they know this recall takes 4-16 hrs so to assume my car isn't going to be ready at which point I have to ask if it can be ready tomorrow (Sat) instead of Monday like Jason originally said.
During this process I have provided the correct number to reach me at at least 3x. At 5:30pm on Friday they call my work line that I did not provide to them to let me know my car is actually in fact ready but they are only open til 6pm that night.
Saturday I go to pick up my car and have an over 30 minute wait just to have someone drive it around. I was asked multiple times what my car looks like by different employes yet none was capable of bringing it around. Jason has finally surfaced to see if I want to wait inside or grab a drink.
Eventually they find my car, and all the paperwork I signed said $0 in charges. I get an email alert that my Visa was charged for $25 for not having the gas tank filled - apparently being close to the fill line is not 'on' the fill line for them. So by putting in gas but not having it to the right 'line' designation for them they charge you for ALL miles you put on the vehicle. They didn't even mention this while I was there so again I had to call to find out why they were charging my credit card.
Multiple people I know take their cars to Classic and have never had any issues nor have had heard of this insane gas charge. My bad for misunderstanding and accidentally going to Cleveland. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
