  • I had gotten a quote and evaluation from another company that took my breath away it was so high so I decided to call L & R for a free second opinion. John answered the phone right away and set an appointment for the next morning. He showed up right on time and gave my system a quick once over and discussed with me my options. It turns out the other company wanted me to think that my system was in such bad shape that my only option was to replace 2 units at a cost of what I can buy a new car for. John gave it to me straight and made some repairs because my system wasn't as bad as I was told after all. In this day and age it's nice to find a service company that is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and fair. John with L & R is just that. I trust him for all my HVAC needs and you should too.
