  • Called Dodge Electric regarding an outside outlet that wasn't working. The gentleman on the phone took the time to listen to the issue I was having, and walk me through the steps needed to fix it. While I was still on the phone, I plugged my Christmas lights back into the outlet and voila- everything working again. As a first time homeowner, this was greatly appreciated, and showed care in how the business was operated. If I ever need work done in the future, this will be where I go. The hard part is deciding what I should tell my wife about the lights. =)
