  • I stopped in here a couple mornings ago and purchased my first pair of running shoes. I was blown away with the phenomenal customer service that I received by both Nathan and Rebecca. As a person new to running, I received instant education and guidance on running form, and the importance of having the right running shoe for my feet. Nathan was very patient and answered all of my questions, and he was a great source of knowledge for me as a new runner. He took the time out to really help me find the perfect running shoe for me, and my running journey. Tortoise & Hare Sports will be the only running store that I will purchase shoes from, and I highly, highly, recommend this store and both Nathan, and Rebecca to anyone that is a runner, or wanting to become a runner. They even have running clubs, and all sorts of running training groups, and a free running form clinic. I plan to join their 10K training program in September. I also want to add that this is the best customer service that I have ever received from any store. Nathan and Rebecca receive an A+ for their outstanding customer service. I never leave reviews, I think I have maybe left one Yelp review for a salon, but within seconds of being in Tortoise & Hare, I knew I needed to leave a Yelp review for this awesome business. The minute I got in my car I called my husband and was so super excited about my experience purchasing my first pair of running shoes at Tortoise & Hare Sports. My husband now plans to purchase running shoes there as well! -:)
