  • I took in my mother for Botox in her forehead to stop the constant sweating from the weather in PHX. my mom is elderly and a retired nurse. Once we entered the spa it was also a hair salon so we weren't very impressed. We originally found the place through GROUPON but when we got there they did not want to have us purchase through GROUPON so we didn't against my gut. Finally we were put into a room. The certified Advance Nurse Injector LORI WEECH we told her what we wanted Botox in the forehead and she said "well I've never heard of that" so she leaves the room and comes in with a syringe of something. We were unsure if it was Botox or water. Normally they bring in the Botox vial and fill it from there but not this time. We also asked to see the syringe when she was done to see if she used all that was in the syringe but she immediately jammed that syringe right into the disposal bin for needles. 3 days later I called to let them know that "the Botox in question " was not working. They refused to refund my mother the amount she paid. Therefore I would suggest that no one goes to this place. Very rude and inconsiderate and questionable at best. I am also going to notify GROUPON next.
