Went there on 12-4-2017 due to severe pain in my left elbow. Could not bend my arm under any circumstances. Arrived about 9:00 a.m. They sit you in a hallway and ask you to verify personal information while others are sitting directly next to you or across from you. No privacy whatsoever. They took me to take X-rays and the X-ray technician name JD wanted me to bend the elbow at an angle. I adamantly told him this was not possible since this was the reason I was there in the first place. DUH! So he just took "straight away" shots of the elbow. Finally after about 2 hours of waiting, a doctor by the name of Jason Katz came up to me in the hallway where other people were waiting and asked me, "how could he help me and what did I need?" I asked him if we could talk in an examining room since most "non emergency doctors" usually will examine or talk to you in the examining room. We went into a room and his demeanor became very arrogant and disrespectful and he reiterated, "how can I help you and what could he do for me?" I told him he was the doctor and he should be telling me how he could help me. I asked him if he even looked at the x-rays and he ignored the question and just told me it sounded as though I had a some arthritis in the elbow and that he could give me an injection for the pain. I said fine. I sat in the room for about 15 minutes before stepping back into the hallway. At no time did he ever came back to give me any kind of injection. I filed a complaint with the hospital manager name Erika Troutman and she stated she would send the complaint to his supervisor since she doesn't oversee the doctors. I then asked the nurse to give me my discharge papers and I went home and filed another complaint with the State of Nevada Medical Board. It is my opinion that this guy is not only incompetent, but highly unprofessional and it would not surprise me not one bit to discover that he is a closet racist, even though he's not too good at hiding it. 2 1/2 hours wasted. The only reason I went there is because my pain management doctor wasn't in until Wednesday and the office suggested I go there for the x-ray or MRI and to be treated. "NEVER AGAIN!"
