  • "Friendliest" airport in the country, eh? I'm not sure about that, although using bored senior citizens as guides wasn't a bad idea. PHX gets it done, and while it's no Vancouver, it's thankfully no O'Hare either. Lines for security always seem to be longer than expected, but the big downside is having to take a bus 2 miles out o the rental cars. On the way back, the buses go to individual terminals, and you can end up with an up to 10 minute wait. Lame. Agreed on Terminal 2 (United). It feels like something from the Soviet Union, and offers nothing more than a Wendy's counter for dining. Fly US Air instead and enjoy the better Terminal 4.
