  • I wish I could give zero stars. I have never left a bad review on any site ever, because I never thought the public needed a warning about a company and their service. But, Terri's now changes that. I would suggest anyone that has furniture to sell, do not, I repeat, DO NOT, consign with this chain of stores. I paid $150 to have my sofa moved to the store. Communication was non-existent. I had no contract with them and no one even called me to set a price on my sofa. After two weeks of calling and begging for someone to speak to me, after it had been picked up from my home at my expense, and sent to the store, I finally heard they sold it the first day at the store. They sold it without telling me a price AND discounted it the first day. Who gives away your money without telling you? That was not their decision, it should have been mine. If you have 90 days to sell something and sell it on the first day for a discount, you are clearly not understanding sales. Communication is important. How about discussing the pricing with me before you sold it discounted from a price I was unaware of on the first day? If I did this in my line of work I would lose my license and be sued. My family and I had been patrons of this store for decades. Now I will tell everyone to avoid them. Remember, unhappy people tell more people than happy people. And, I'm one unhappy person. Such a bummer!
