  • I had a mixed experience with them. Initially they called me back promptly to set up an appointment for the estimate. They did show up on time and went through the yard with me to discuss my needs. After the estimate I realized that I forgot to mention something so I called to relay the message. The person who picked up the phone seemed totally incompetent like she had no idea how to answer questions about what the company offered, and I'm not sure whether or not she relayed any messages to the owner. No one called me back and it's been a week. I'm inclined to cut the losses with my deposit ($10 to set up consultation, and then another $100 was charged but I've been juggling so many things lately I don't remember what that was for) and go elsewhere. We never did set up a time to do the actual work either and I have called to try and do that without able to reach anyone. I went with them because of the 5 star reviews from over 70 people on google, only later realizing that yelp only has 2 stars.
