  • I read all these reviews and decided to ignore all the warnings, and I made my appointment. Little back story, I had been the the Gilbert Location and had a HORRIBLE experience, it was just unreal. So I decided to try the Tempe office. I show up to my appointment 5 minutes early. They ladies at the front said hi, and I signed in and sat down. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting. Everyone in the room was called back and eventually left. Still waiting. So I decided to say something, by this time I had been waiting an hour! No joke. I tell the receptionist, she said "What's your name?" (it's on the clip board where I signed in an hour ago). I tell her my name. She says "okay, I'll tell them you are here. Here, fill this out." That was it. I had been dicked around by Southwest Dental enough... I walked out. This was their chance to change my mind, and they blew it. NEVER GO HERE! They don't give a shit about their patients, at all. Don't spend your time and money on this horrible shithole of a business.
