  • My air conditioning went out today (Sunday) and it is currently a very hot 97 degrees outside. I was sort of panicked because not only do I work at home but my dog just got back from the vet and is not well. I guess I could have packed up and gone to a friends, but that would have been rough on the dog. I found a Goettl sticker on the a/c unit and called. They were understanding of my situation and had a serviceman to my house in about 50 minutes. I was very surprised and relieved to get such prompt assistance. The technician said the fan needed to be replaced and freon had to be added. Whatever it was he did, I have colder a/c than ever. I hope I never have a problem with my unit again, but if I do, I will call Goettl.
