I can't believe their customer service. I called to get a free estimate, and they said sure! Since I live on the 3rd floor, I thought I'd have to take time out of my day to be home while they did the estimate. Nope! They said they could fully assess my HORRIBLE pigeon problem without me even being there and would email me the next day with their estimate. Folks, I had no idea what to expect because these pigeons were out there on my balcony setting up nests for a long time. I'd shoo them away when I could, but it got to the point where I just felt hopeless. Anyway, after getting their estimate, I was relieved at the price. I called the next day and set up an appointment. They even came out on Memorial Day! They were there at the very beginning of their stated window (7am), and had fully completed the job (removal, clean-up and netting/spikes) by 10. The technicians were professional and friendly. I am really happy with the outcome so far. I need to keep an eye open for them trying to perch on the edge of the balcony, but even still, they are unable to defecate on my patio. Holy Crap! No more CRAP!! Thank you Pigeon Guy and Team.
