  • This business is a joke, a complete joke. I'm so furious how they screwed us over this week, I've never encountered such an unprofessional company. I booked them last week to make sure our yard was cleaned for our son's pool party on the fifth. Addison himself promised he would be at my house Monday at 3 o'clock for the estimate. Well they no called no showed. Tues they didn't return my calls. Wed I finally got ahold of him and without apologizing or offering a reason why they didn't show up, said he would be at our house today at noon, and the yard would be done by Saturday guaranteed. I was wary of this place after reading all the bad reviews, but I decided to try and trust them. Because of their incompetence I was running out of time to get another landscaper. Of course at noon, no call no show. At 3 o'clock I called them furious, and they hung up on me. Complete professionals at this business. NOT. Stay far away and go with someone who actually knows what they're doing. They lost thousands of dollars of business from us because our whole yard needs to be redesigned but I'd rather give it to literally any other landscaper in Vegas versus these clowns. I can't believe they're still in business operating like this. I'd give it zero stars if it let me, I can't imagine the frustration of actually hiring them and then having to chase them down to the work I paid for. What a nightmare. I dodged a bullet with them showing their professionalism off the bat.
