  • Bad bedside manners. My kids have been given useless antibiotics three times in a row and that messed up their immune system a lot. The lady doctor (not even sure what her name is) hurt my baby girl while trying to clean her ears. My kids hate coming here even though we only came couple of times. The only pleasant thing was the toy they were getting at the end. Ladies at the front desk are getting the one extra star - they were always nice and courteous and made appointments easy. However, we decided to go for a pediatrician who cares, explains procedures, and does them with care.
