  • I loved my experience with float balloon tours! I took my girlfriend on a balloon ride for her 21st birthday and she loved it. Matt and Olivia did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of the flight and even upgraded us for free when our morning flight was cancelled; they really care about their customer. Also, they had a great dinner to go along with the balloon ride. We had some of the best cocktails I've had, great steak, and a yummy dessert at the end. The ride itself was a lot of fun with our pilot Scott. He was very knowledgeable of the Phoenix sights and was able to do some pretty cool maneuvers during the flight. This company seems to make the experience more special than other balloon companies and that's why I chose them; It was worth every penny! I would definitely recommend.
