  • I'm giving 1 star not only because I can't give 0, but because it is a place to live and that's better than living on the streets. My uncle moved into this apartment 8 years ago, into an older model unit with all of the older interior things like countertops, appliances, carpet, etc... 8 years ago, he started out paying around $700 monthly. NOW he's paying $900+ monthly (and that's just for rent) while he, and now I, are still living in this old, outdated unit. Lots of other units have been renovated to include all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new carpet and beautiful bathrooms, and so on. Newcomers who get those gorgeous new units are paying $700 monthly. So why the hell would we pay $200 more for a unit that is worth far, far less? Oh, and get this. The pet fee is $200, and an additional non-refundable pet deposit is $204. This place robs people of $400+ just to have a pet!!! That is outrageous. And then there's an additional monthly fee just to continue having the pet. To top it off, the staff is incredibly rude. This place is a pathetic excuse for good living.
